What is WUD
The World Usability Day was established back in 2005 by Usability Professionals Association (now UXPA) established to promote the values of usability, usability engineering and user centric design. WUD is single day of events occurring around the world that brings together communities of professional, industrial, educational, citizen, and government groups for our common objective: to ensure that the services and products important to life are easier to access and simpler to use. On November 14th Data Respons subsidiary, IT Sonix in Germany will host the Leipzig World Usability Day for the third time. Data Respons is gold sponsor for this knowledge-sharing event.
Design for the future we want!
This year’s WUD theme is “Design for the Future We Want”. The theme is inspired by the United Nation’s (UN’s) Sustainable Development Goals for the future. Usability professionals have to design responsibly ensuring the digital world is available for all, and that it is created with the environment in mind.
